This week all the plants are growing well. The tomatoes are getting tall, turnips are getting big, and there are volunteer carrots everywhere! Unfortunately the bugs have also found the garden and are starting to put holes all over the leaves. So, I’ll be using some Sluggo Plus and maybe the Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Brew to start controlling the bugs a little big. Both are organic forms of pest control, and they typically take care of whatever problem we have in the garden. In the front yard all of the corn, potatoes and pumpkins we planted are coming up! I can’t wait to see how it looks when the plants are big. Of course the kids have been helping with all this, and enjoying a little play time in the sprinklers too. You can watch it all in our video below. Thanks for watching!
